 VIDEO PHOTO ALBUMS:

-STARTING AT $249.00*

 -Transfer your memories, family photos and video to dvd.

We will Produce a short video montage (up to 10 minutes) with your favorite music.

*For an additional fee we can produce a short video intro to add to the beginning of the album. Perfect if the album is a gift!

The video photo album is perfect for Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Memorials, Coming of Age Ceremonies, Holidays & more!

*Package based on 1-120 photos. Video, and modern video shoot extra. Each Additional photo .50 each.

*Keep in mind the quality and the condition of video/Photos given to Apremont. This will affect the finished product.

*Additional charges for music selections, actors, Crew, location rentals and incidentals, as well as additional shoot time.

*Prices based on all work including travel done in Springfield, Mass.

WEDDING PACKAGE:

-STARTING AT $1100.00*

-Our Wedding package includes the following if applicable. If there is something that you would like shot, and it is not on this list, please discuss at our initial meeting.

-Video of Bride’s Photo prior to Wedding

-Wedding Ceremony

(Keep in mind when the camera needs to move, some footage will not be covered. Also, we are not allowed on the Altar in churches.)

-Majority of Bridal Party greeting their Guests

(If there are multiple locations, keep in mind travel time for Apremont to leave one location and to arrive at the next location before the Bridal Party)

-Video of Photo’s being taken.

Reception to include but not limited to:

-Bridal Party entering and being announce

-Prayer

-First Dance

-Toasts

-Games and Special Dances

-Garter & Bouquet

-Cutting of the Cake

-Majority of Dancing(Might not include entire song, especially when editing.)

-Video Team will be done shortly after all the events within the reception are completed.

-We will also attempt to get Wedding Guests on Camera to share their wishes for the Bride & Groom. (Keep in mind most people do not like to get on camera)

-Apremont will provide 2 Videographers and a Wedding Producer. The Second camera is strictly for backup purposes and if editing is selected.

-Footage of the event will not be available the day of the shoot. Non edited footage will take aprox 30 days to transfer. Not including shipping time.

-If editing is chosen, the complete project will take 3months aprox to complete. Not including shipping time.

-One hour of footage fits on one dvd. An average Edited Wedding is 3 dvd’s

-For editing projects color dvd labels as well as dvd cases with liners will be provided.

-For Raw footage projects, basic b/w labels and clear Dvd Jewel Cases will be provided.

-Additional copies if ordered will be charged a discounted rate from our regular dubbing rates.

-You will get 2 sets of the edited Version or 1 Raw Footage set. Depending on what you have ordered.

* Editing is not included in the Wedding Package Price. Apremont can add it on to the package for $200.00. A substantial discount from regular editing rates.

 PRECIOUS MOMENTS VIDEO:

Add on to Wedding Package Starting At: $199.00*

As a separate package Starting At: $399.00*

This will include the following but not limited to:

-Shots of Photos of Bride & Groom. These photos will be of them together, before they met, and as children.

-Then a live session with the couple, their friends and family as well as the bridal party. Talking about how they met and how they proposed. Also, funny stories about them together. And thoughts on the upcoming nuptials.

-We can discuss other ideas and options the Bride & Groom may want to add.

-The video will be no longer then ½ hour.

 BOOK TRAILERS:

-Starting at $499.00*

-Our client is the person who signs the contracts. If an author has a publisher that they work directly with there will need to be a discussion including the publisher. We will not redo  a project if the non-client disapproves.

-Finished product will be no longer then one minute, ten seconds.

-Any photos or video provided by the Author/Publisher must be copyrighted by them or written permission is provided to Apremont for us to use.

-Apremont will meet with the client to discuss what they envision and discuss what can or can’t be done. OR what we have seen or realized working on other projects.

-We will set up an initial shoot in length between 1-4 hours only.

-Keep in mind additional items, will incur additional costs. Please see below.

-The final video will be no longer then 1 minute 10 seconds. In talking to publishers, this is what they are looking for.

-It will be a combination of live action and some photos. It will introduce the character but not give away the story. We want them to buy the book. The video and audio will be action packed and high paced to keep the viewer’s attention. The audio will have lively music as well as a voice over.

*Up to 4 Hours of edit time will be provided. After that regular editing rates do apply.

*We will provide you a dvd of the project. We will also upload your trailer to Apremont’s Youtube, our website and other marketing formats, for Apremont and yourselves to use in Marketing and promotions.

*Additional charges for music selections, actors, Crew, location rentals and incidentals, as well as additional shoot time.

-Any photos or video provided by the Producer must be copyrighted by them or written permission is provided to Apremont for us to use.

-Apremont will meet with the client to discuss what they envision and discuss what can or can’t be done. Or what we have seen or realized working on other projects.

-We will set up an initial shoot in length between 1-4 hours only.

-Keep in mind additional items, will incur additional costs. Please see below.

-The final video will be no longer then 3-5 minutes. People only remember 50% of what they see.

-It will be a combination of live action and some photos. It will introduce the character but not give away the story. The video and audio will be action packed and high paced to keep the viewer’s attention. The audio will be lively music as well as a voice over.

*Up to 4 Hours of edit time will be provided. After that regular editing rates do apply.

*We will provide you a dvd of the project. We will also upload your trailer to Apremont’s Youtube, website and other marketing formats,  for Apremont and yourselves to use in Marketing and promotions.

-This video will tell us briefly about the actor and list some of their resume. The remainder of the video can be used for their monologue. Or however the Actor/Client sees fit.

-Any photos or video provided by the Author must be copyrighted by them or written permission is provided to Apremont for us to use.

-Apremont will meet with the client to discuss what they envision and discuss what can or can’t be done.

-We will set up an initial shoot in length between 1-2 hours only.

-Keep in mind additional items, will incur additional costs. Please see below.

*Up to 2 Hours of edit time will be provided. After that regular editing rates do apply.

Editing is $50.00 an hour. (Up to two hours a day)

-Editing System: Corel Pro X 5( Part of the Pinnacle and avid family).

-We can support ingestion of VHS and HI 8 Tapes through firewire. And non-copywrited DVDs Via Corel Pro 5.

-At this time our system can handle 1 hour of video on 1 dvd.

• No Refunds are available for any packages/shoots or business done through Apremont Productions.
• All events need to be booked by a specific date to be discussed at initial meeting. This is so we can reserve your special date.
• Client will receive 1 copy of the project unless other wise specified. Copy will be raw footage unless editing was ordered or included in the package.
• Current Apremont clients an purchase additional dvd copies at a discount.
• All sales are final there are no refunds
• Any photos/videos/documents etc that are provided by the client for use in the project must be copyrighted by the client. Or have written permission to use.

*1/3 of payment for all project payments are due at the time of the booking. This will act as the non-refundable deposit. Remainder of payment is due at the time of production.

-Apremont Productions will keep copies of all productions including the master for: promotion of  our services, future copies needed and repackages.

-All videos produced or edited(redited) by Apremont will be uploaded to our youtube or other video sites. Here it will be linked to our website and other social media to help promote Apremont. The link will also be available to you, our client to use in your marketing and promotions.

* Apremont requests that all clients submit a letter of recommendation at the end of their project. For those clients that are not camera shy, we ask that you take part in a video testimonial for our company.

*All Prices based on Standard definition

*Expect a 1-2 month turnaround time, not including shipping for each project. Unless other information is discussed.

* Once a client has approved, signed off on and taken possession of the project, the project is considered closed. Any changes after that will be charged a reopening fee of $100.00, regular editing and other fees will apply.
